Is using VPN on blocked websites in Saudi,What is the best VPN in Saudi

Is using VPN on blocked websites in
No but VPN in the United Arab Emirates is illegal and there are very big consequences that have come with using VPNs on the UAE but if you are using VPN to do things that are illegal according to Saudi law then please don't as VPNs arent always safe as your IP can be leaked by for example by having an internet-connected application open before you use VPN and not closing it can leak your IP so I beg of you stick to the laws as Saudi Arabia is extremely strict.

When a VPN is legal but is used in some shady deals, then the user is potentially set to clash with the law.
